Every Moment, A Story Worth Telling

I’m CJ Bennett, the photographer behind Bennett Visuals, based in Muskegon, Michigan. Photography isn’t just about taking pictures—it’s about capturing energy, emotion, and stories in a way that feels authentic and unforgettable. I specialize in portraits, event photography, and sports photography, working to create images that truly reflect the people and moments in front of my lens. Whether it’s the intensity of a championship game, the excitement of a sold-out concert, or the personality of a senior portrait, I strive to bring each story to life through my photography.

With experience in theater production, orchestra, and media, I have a deep appreciation for performance and storytelling—something that influences the way I shoot. I’ve been fortunate to cover MHSAA State Finals events as an official photographer, with my work featured in MLive and other editorial outlets. I also love working with musicians, brands, and organizations to document concerts, corporate events, and charity initiatives. As my business grows, I plan to expand into wedding photography, offering the same storytelling approach to couples on their big day.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to capture moments that matter in a way that feels real, professional, and powerful. If you’re looking for a photographer who can bring your story to life, let’s make it happen!
